Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to hello@humankindfoods.com. Products that have already shipped (typically 5-10 days before subscription renewal) will not be eligible for a refund unless items are damaged in shipping.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items. However, we will issue refunds for products that are received in poor condition (ripped packaging, bags with open seals, etc. ). If an item is damaged during shipment, please write to us at hello@humankindfoods.com and we will gladly send a replacement or refund your purchase. We ask that you share photos of the damaged item if possible, so we can correct the issue on future orders.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please send a message to hello@humankindfoods.com. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be awarded at the discretion of Human Kind Foods, LLC. Any refunds granted will be processed through the original payment method.
